Nice apartments with spacious floor plans. They're well insulated and offer a comfortable place to call home. The only issue I have is they charge you for a lot of little things ($15 for parking in non-assigned lot, service fee for paying rent), and you have to have their internet, which is $90/mo (but crazy good). Still fairly affordable and a nice place, so overall happy.

I've lived here for over 5 years and what I can say is Remington Apartments it the most pet friendly place I've ever been with bag stations posted throughout the complex as well as an excellent dog washing station which is not only convenient but really smart on their part. The atmosphere there is very inviting and family friendly and I would encourage anyone to consider them as a place to live. The management staff are friendly and courteous, maintenance is fast and expedient and friendly and even came over promptly when my garage door had some issues knowing I had to be to work. Highly recommend.

Overall a good apartment complex. With having managment struggles in the past at other apartments I appreciate all of the efforts made by managment since I have moved in. They have been very helpful with maintnece upon move in and are caring and considerate of my schedule. Aside from rent being a little pricey I give them 5 stars. In reality the market is high so it is difficult to find a decent home for the price most desire. I have enjoyed living here and will continue to rent for the forseeable future.

Had a good experience with Remington. Had to rent site unseen and was happy when we got there. The lease was pretty straightforward and there were no games played upon leaving. Reasonable management and safe and friendly place for our family. We’ll maintained and good amenities. Nice views too.

I moved in back in October, it was a site unseen move as I just got stationed in the area and I am very impressed. The office team is very friendly and was helpful when I first moved in. The only real issue I have is not having assigned parking, I'm not a big fan of first come first serve parking for where I live. It was nice already having Internet set up and at a decent price, but this move to spectrum I’m not looking forward to as I’ve used them in the past and I wasn’t impressed. Also I do not use cable, I stream everything so being forced to have cable added on a bulk package I'm not too fond of that idea. But what can you do I doubt I can find a better Internet deal. Rent is more than my housing allowance even with the BAH raise we are getting in January, but what can you do when the housing and rental market is sort of sucking right now. However I do recommend this property if you are looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to live in Helena.

I’ve been living in Remington for a little over a year. Overall, the complex is good. It’s usually pretty quiet. The amenities are great when they’re open and it’s the best place in Helena to rent because of the amenities. Location is good too, it’s located close to downtown. Management has been good to work with. Only couple complaints would be how thin the walls are between apartments and the internet is pretty slow too.

My finance and I moved here from Washington State to start new jobs. Trying to find an apartment when coming from out of state is challenging enough but it is even more difficult when the area you are moving to has very limited apartment options. The Remington was the only apartment that got back to us when we reached out three months before moving. They offered us the option to pre-lease a unit which gave us peace of mind knowing that we would have a place to live when we arrived in Helena. Having lived in older buildings in Seattle for past 12+ years with absolutely no amenities it has been a real treat to have so many perks in our unit (full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC, deck/patio, built in microwave, etc.). The units are decently sized and the neighbors have so far been very quite and respectful. I suppose the only gripes are that the internet is a bit on the slow side though I was told they will be changing providers soon. More storage would also be nice but there is a private storage facility just next door and I do believe that you can rent a garage from the apartment if you choose. The complex itself is well maintained and there is a small fitness center (basic weights and cardio machines), a pool, a hot tub, and most importantly a dog washing station available for tenants to use. We have not yet experienced a winter here so I cannot speak to that but I assume they will be taking good care of the roads and parking area. As for the cost I do understand that for the area it is on the pricier side but given the amenities listed and the fact that there are very few options, especially for folks coming in from out of town, I think it is a good value. We haven't yet been billed for utilities so can't really say much on that.

You can’t go wrong with Remington Been living at Remington for 4.5 years now. All-n-all, it is a fantastic complex. The building was sold in 2020. New management has been very active in making the apartments into a small community, with a community Easter egg hunt, garage sale, and pool party. Rent was raised, given the crazy housing boom (we were not surprised), but they did work with existing renters on a grandfather cost (though still a little pricey for my liking, but what can you do, everywhere is pricey now and these apartments are the nicest by far). The biggest downfall is that management is hard to get ahold of over the phone, and the office hours aren’t conducive to the standard 8-5PM workday. I have called a couple times with minor questions and never heard back. We were impressed earlier this year when our water heater broke on a Friday night (we called the emergency maintenance number over the weekend) and by Monday morning they were at our door, and we had a new water heater by the afternoon. Two weeks after installation, we were able to leave messages with management, and maintenance was quick to respond and work with us on calibrating the new heater. Overall, you can’t go wrong with Remington. The neighbors are nice and keep to themselves, the grounds are well maintained, and the amenities leave nothing more to be desired. I am so glad I moved in.

I have lived at the Remington Apartments for over a year and have never been disappointed. I have never moved into a cleaner or well maintained apartment. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile to ensure all my needs are met. I enjoy all the animals out walking their owners. You don't find very many nice places to live that allow pets. I give the Remington 5 plus 🌟 because of the exceptional staff, friendly neighbors and luxury living conditions.

I moved out in July , after hiring two moving companies, who delayed my cross country move several times. The only kind, accommodating person who helped me was my apartment manager, John. He showed me kindness and a willingness to work with me. I can't explain how stressed I was!! But John came through for me & I'm Soo grateful!! I enjoyed my stay at Remington Apartments. I only had to call maintenance once in two years & they took care of the problem the next morning. I would not have moved except my daughter & grandsons in Ohio missed me & wanted me to move back . Thanks again, John for everything!!!!!

I'm from Boise and I visited a friend who lives here. When she told me how cheap her rent was I was shocked. These apartments would be twice as much a month in Boise. These have great amenities and are very quiet. The other tenants were very nice.
